My career spans higher education and Fortune 500 manufacturing and technology — from directing residential learning communities to architecting enterprise development systems used by thousands of leaders worldwide.
I've designed front-line leadership programs at global scale, deployed learning technologies across complex operations, and built the enablement strategies that connect people development to business performance. I work at the intersection where organizational design, human-centered learning, and modern technology converge — because that's where the real leverage is.
